Operational notice
This page summarises how the beta processes data. The policy displayed before starting triage is the operational information for the consultation.
Controller
Dr Luis Escobar Curbelo. Contact: dr.luisescobar@dooctors.com.
Current service
Conversational health guidance for adults consulting for themselves. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace professional assessment or emergency services.
If you think this is an emergency, call your local emergency number now.
F1 · required for guidance
Allows the requested guidance to be generated and retained, its integrity to be maintained and withdrawal to be managed using the user's private code.
F2 · optional for improvement
Allows retention of the conversation for controlled review and improvement. F2 is voluntary and can be withdrawn without withdrawing F1.
Data processed
The clinical conversation, generated response, priority, number of turns, and technical and security metadata. Free text may include information entered by the user.
The data are not anonymous. Although name, ID, phone, email and address are not requested, the conversation is personal health data and is not fully pseudonymised before technical processing. Avoid entering identifiers about yourself or others.
Providers and current limitation
Application hosting, AI processing and database providers are involved. Minimisation measures have been applied, including disabled API call logging and exclusion from model training where applicable, but specific contractual coverage for intentional health-data processing is still being completed. This prevents the beta from being presented as ready for commercial or institutional use.
Consent management and rights
Use your private code at Manage consent. You may also request access, rectification, erasure, objection or restriction by emailing the contact above, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Current scope
The public beta is for adults consulting for themselves and is available in Spanish. It is not intended for paediatric use, third-party consultations, pregnancy or other vulnerable contexts.
