The result is not a definitive clinical classification. With warning signs, do not wait to complete an online consultation.
Two separate choices
F1 enables the guidance. Optional F2 allows retention for system improvement and can be withdrawn separately.
Current public use: adults consulting for themselves, in Spanish. Paediatric, third-party, pregnancy and other vulnerable contexts are not part of this modality. Clinical free text is personal health data even though direct identifiers are not requested. Read the beta policy (Spanish).
